Hot Vinyasa** Students will focus on linking conscious breath (pranayama) with a mindful flow of postures (asanas).  This style of yoga offers students the chance to build strength, flexibility, and concentration while cleansing the body + calming the mind.  Vinyasa is a breath initiated practice that connects every action of our life with the intention of moving towards our own inner truth.

Ashtanga*  Ever wonder where vinyasa originated from? Yup, you guessed it....Ashtanga!  This traditional approach to yoga dates back to as early as 1930.  Ashtanga is a 1 hour class which draws on the poses from the ½ primary series classes.  This powerful and healing practice is a series of specific postures (asanas) linking breath (pranayama) and movement (vinyasa).  Ashtanga is an athletic flow combining strength, flexibility, and stamina for a complete practice.

Yin & Meditation* Yin & Meditation is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures (asanas) that are held for longer periods of time, allowing students to feel deeply into the spaces of their body.  This practice targets the deepest tissues of the body while space is held for the student to understand, maybe even transform his/her own mind.  Using your mat as a space of transformation, yin & meditation emphasizes the ability to let go and receive.

Yin & Yang Flow* Balance!  This class allows students to benefit from the muscular energetic movements of the body, to then resting into deeper connective tissues of the body creating a full balanced practice.  Students will have 30 minutes of strong muscular activity flowing alongside the breath (pranayama) and 30 minutes of rest to feel into the spaces of the body while gently holding postures (asanas) for longer periods of time.  Because in life we seek balance, this style of yoga helps to maintain that practice.

Beginners Yoga* Students will experience the body as it is in the present moment!  In a safe and relaxing atmosphere students will learn the benefits of yoga and how to mindfully tune inward.  This class offers the ins & outs of the body, breath (pranayama) connection, and mindful awareness.  Connecting the pieces of your practice in efforts to clarify the vastness of yoga, you'll feel the journey of true self-love begin.
